Job Overview
As a Technology Senior Controls Analyst, you will support the Technology Controls Manager and maintain Informa’s IT controls to ensure they remain effective. You will work within the 2nd Line of Defence managing Risk and Control Matrices and collaborate with internal IT teams and external partners to mitigate risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in CMS AuditBoard implementation for Risk and Control Matrix deployments.
- Lead and document IT Risk and Control Matrices implementations.
- Drive remediation of control deficiencies and monitor testing outcomes.
- Develop and update controls documentation and testing procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external auditors, and 3rd party support for effective controls framework.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong knowledge of IT controls and security principles.
- Experience in multi-application IT control implementations.
- Ability to assess control effectiveness and remediate deficiencies.
- Organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Office365 and familiarity with PCAOB/SOX audits is advantageous.
