Role Overview: People Business Partner (Product & Technology)

This role supports both business and people by advising line managers and front-line colleagues, and leading HR initiatives including organizational charts, workforce planning, and change programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor building strong relationships with managers and teams.
  • Lead business area-specific HR initiatives including performance management and talent planning.
  • Collaborate with global teams and internal HR pillars to deliver People Strategy.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and bring a focused solution mindset.
  • Advise on organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and capability management.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have proven HR Business Partnering experience within a global environment, strong talent planning, change management, project management skills and data analysis ability. Experience working with UK/European markets and employment legislation is required, alongside a commitment to commercial and customer-focused strategies.

Location & Working Model

This role is based in the BLR office (Bengalaru) with a balanced working model requiring at least 3 days per week in office.
