Role Overview

The Manager, Marketing Operations and Analytics will oversee reporting and analytics, manage complex projects across the Corporate Marketing team, and own third-party vendor relationships. Key responsibilities include managing the project roadmap, ensuring high quality deliverables, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the marketing operations project roadmap and quality assurance.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics for improvements.
  • Oversee and optimize operational processes and technology integrations including Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Lead platform migrations and integrate marketing tech-stacks.
  • Mentor team members and generate strategic reports for senior management.

Qualifications

4-6 years of marketing operations and project management experience, with a solid understanding of Marketo, Salesforce, Zapier, and familiarity with Drift, LeanData, WordPress, and Tableau. A relevant degree in Marketing, Business or related field is expected along with expertise in marketing automation and compliance with data privacy laws.
