Job Description
This position is available for candidates based in the Boston, New York City, Washington D.C., and Portland areas. As the Manager, Marketing Operations and Analytics, you will lead reporting and analytics, manage complex projects across the Corporate Marketing team, and oversee third-party vendor relationships. You will work closely with marketers, designers, and sales operations to implement and scale strategies that deliver measurable results. A key near-term responsibility is managing a marketing automation platform migration.
- Manage project roadmap and quality assurance for marketing deliverables.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize operational processes.
- Oversee Marketo platform and ensure integration with Salesforce and other tools.
- Mentor team members on marketing automation best practices.
- Generate regular reports and offer strategic insights to senior management.
