About the Role: Manager, Marketing Operations and Analytics
This role is open to candidates based in the Boston, New York City, Washington D.C., and Portland areas. You will oversee reporting and analytics, manage complex projects, and own third-party vendor relationships while collaborating with marketers, designers, and sales operations to implement and scale key strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Innovation & Project Management: Manage the project roadmap, quality assurance, and campaign analysis.
- Operational Efficiency: Optimize processes, lead the Marketo platform, integrate with Salesforce and other tools, and develop nurture campaigns.
- Leadership & Team Development: Mentor team members and generate performance reports with strategic insights.
Qualifications
- 4-6 years marketing operations and project management experience
- Strong understanding of Marketo, Salesforce, Zapier
- Familiarity with Drift, LeanData, WordPress, Tableau
- B.S/B.A. in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Experience with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and data privacy regulations
