Job Description

This Management Accountant role is based in the 5 Howick Place office, reporting to the Senior Management Accountant. The role requires keen attention to detail, intermediate Excel skills, a solid understanding of debits and credits, and experience with journal posting and data analysis. Experience within a fast-paced environment is valued, along with a strong mindset to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with internal and outsourced teams to meet month-end deadlines.
  • Business partner with event budget holders on cost control, forecasting, and annual budgets.
  • Perform analysis and reporting on costs, depreciation, and expenses.
  • Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and cashflow management.
  • Prepare management commentary and Board Reporting packs.
  • Handle monthly sales commission and collaborate on incentive schemes.
  • Report on Capex projects and support annual reporting and auditing.
  • Assist with cash flow reporting and compliance control framework.
  • Complete monthly balance sheet reporting with focus on working capital.

Qualifications

  • Newly Qualified Accountant
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Knowledge of Oracle, Salesforce, HFM, and Hyperion is an advantage
  • Analytical thinking with strong data interpretation skills
  • Proven detail orientation and self-review ability
