Job Description

The Event Operations team at Informa is seeking an ambitious Customer Service Associate for the Event Registration team, based at our Las Colinas Blvd., Irving, Texas office. Reporting to the Director of Digital Delivery and Registration, you will ensure customer satisfaction by managing inquiries, requests, and complaints both thoroughly and cheerfully.

  • Act as first line support for technical issues relating to event registration.
  • Answer incoming calls, emails and process event/conference registrations.
  • Follow up customer inquiries and update registration systems with integrity.
  • Assist in quality control and provide recommendations for improved service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer account issues.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years work experience, preferably in CRM or Registration Systems.• Comfortable managing multiple inboxes and high call volume.• Detail-oriented, analytical problem solver with strong communication skills.• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.

Additional Information

The pay range for this position is $45,000 - $49,000 depending on experience. Working hours are 8am - 4pm PST. The role supports a flexible work model with in-person and remote options. Enjoy comprehensive benefits including PTO, 401K match, career development opportunities, and more.
