Role Overview: Compliance Manager
This role is based in our 5 Howick Place office. The Compliance Manager is part of the Group Compliance Department and reports to the Group Head of Compliance. You will work closely with Legal, Corporate Communications, HR, and Divisional Compliance teams to develop and implement the Group’s compliance strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Group’s ethics and compliance training programs.
- Conduct training needs analysis and design risk-based interventions.
- Oversee the Respect at Work programme to prevent workplace harassment.
- Administer the Informa LMS (Absorb) for mandatory training.
- Develop and enforce third-party risk management processes.
Additional Responsibilities & Projects
Participate in global projects, ad-hoc initiatives and support investigations as needed. International travel may be required.
Qualifications
- Excellent organisational, communication and project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven experience in managing compliance programs and global training.
- Ability to build effective relationships across multiple business units.
