Sales Operations Coordinator - Infoplaza

Infoplaza is looking for an energetic Sales Operations Coordinator to join our B2B sales team and contribute to the growth of our worldwide weather information services. Infoplaza is a leading meteorological service provider for media, consumers, governments, and businesses, operating under brands like Weerplaza, Weeronline, Buienalarm, and Infoplaza Marine Weather.

What You Will Do:

As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will be the organizational backbone of our Business to Business Sales activities. You will support our business development managers, monitor processes, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients in the sectors of Ice Management, Outdoor Events, Construction, and Marine. This dynamic role offers significant responsibility, growth opportunities, and close collaboration with our marketing and sales teams. Our experienced account managers will guide your development, fostering a learn-by-doing environment. You will ensure our sales processes are smooth, customer-focused, and structured.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support & Administration: Prepare and follow up on quotes and contracts. Maintain customer and contract data in the HubSpot CRM system. Manage contracts, pricing agreements, and service levels. Support tender preparation. Process sales data and assist with invoicing. Register deals and maintain a tight sales pipeline. Identify commercial opportunities and process improvements. Maintain documentation and archives.
  • Customer Contact & Service: Act as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email. Conduct proactive outbound calls to prospects. Register complaints and coordinate solutions with the IT Service Desk.
  • Marketing & Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate marketing activities such as webinars and customer training courses. Coordinate the Infoplaza Ice Management course, including invitations, participant management, materials, and on-site support.

What We Expect From You:

  • HBO (Bachelor's degree) level of work and thinking, demonstrable through an HBO diploma and at least 3 years of relevant work experience, or an MBO (vocational) diploma with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in business-to-business cold calling; you are comfortable making outbound calls.
  • Proficiency with programs like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English are a must.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and structured work skills.
  • Ability to easily switch between different departments and maintain an overview.
