Infonia Oy provides expert services in real estate business, specializing in property development, leasing, sales, and administration. Our clients include professional real estate investors, public entities, and corporate tenants. Together with Investors House Rahastot Oy, we form Investors House Oyj's service business, which had a turnover of approximately 2.7 M€ in 2025. Our service business employs 16 individuals and 12 OVV network entrepreneurs across 20 locations.

Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Vuokrauksen ammattilainen to strengthen our growing real estate management team in the Helsinki metropolitan area. We hope you have experience not only in residential and commercial property leasing, but also in chain management.
In this role, you will comprehensively manage commercial property leasing and sales assignments, new client acquisition for the service business, and maintenance of existing customer relationships. Your responsibilities will include marketing properties, advising property owners and corporate clients on space solutions, organizing property viewings, making offers, negotiating contracts, monitoring market conditions, and collaborating closely with various internal and external stakeholders.
Additionally, you will act as the concept owner's representative for the OVV chain, being responsible for the chain's operational guidance and development. You will ensure that operations are economically profitable, scalable, and aligned with the chain's strategy.
Key Responsibilities in Chain Management
- Ensure OVV chain franchising entrepreneurs have consistent, brand-compliant operating models and materials.
- Maintain a high level of service in leasing, sales, and customer service across all locations.
- Be responsible for pricing principles and monitor business key figures.
- Analyze results and implement development measures in collaboration with entrepreneurs.
- Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new franchising entrepreneurs.
- Support business development and success.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, system development partners, and management to ensure the chain's competitiveness and customer satisfaction.
What We Expect From You
- Several years of work experience in residential and commercial property leasing.
- Proven track record in operational and results-driven guidance and development of franchising businesses.
- Relevant technical or economic higher education.
- An LKV license or other professional qualification is considered an advantage.
- Fluent spoken and written Finnish, good English skills, and Swedish language proficiency is a plus.
- Up-to-date IT skills, excellent sales, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
- Customer service orientation and a desire to work goal-oriented and independently.
