Digital Marketing Growth & Content Manager (Freelance Partner)

Infogenx is seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Growth & Content Manager to join us as a freelance growth partner. This role is designed for a self-driven marketer eager to take ownership of growth outcomes and participate in profit sharing, moving beyond a traditional fixed-salary model. You will be instrumental in enhancing brand visibility, generating inbound leads, and driving revenue growth through a combination of content-led strategies and performance-driven digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute a digital growth strategy that aligns with overarching business goals.
  • Drive inbound lead generation through strategic content marketing, LinkedIn engagement, SEO optimization, and targeted paid campaigns.
  • Plan, develop, and produce high-quality content, including LinkedIn posts, blog articles, landing pages, and case studies.
  • Manage and expand Infogenx’s LinkedIn presence, focusing on both company branding and leadership profiles.
  • Execute and optimize LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns as needed.
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyze funnels, and track ROI, implementing continuous optimization strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the founders to ensure marketing efforts are seamlessly integrated with sales strategies and service offerings.

Who You Are

  • Possess over 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Growth Marketing.
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in content creation and demand generation, with a preference for B2B, IT, SaaS, or consulting environments.
  • Be hands-on and execution-focused, with a proven ability to implement strategies rather than just conceptualize them.
  • Comfortable working independently, taking ownership of results, and translating technical services into clear business value.

Nice to Have

  • Experience marketing IT Services, Automation, AI, Data & Cloud technologies.
  • Proven experience in automating digital marketing tasks.
  • Experience with LinkedIn personal branding and founder-led growth strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM and analytics tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, and GA4.

Engagement & Compensation Model

  • This is a Freelance / Contract role with the potential for a Profit-share / Performance-based partnership.
  • Earnings will be directly linked to the generation of qualified leads, closed deals, and overall revenue contribution.
