Role Overview

The Senior Product Manager - Conversational AI is responsible for defining and driving the product strategy for Infobip’s Conversational AI SaaS portfolio in the customer service domain, transforming customer interactions globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Discover customer needs in support and engagement areas.
  • Define product strategy and roadmap for AI-powered support automation.
  • Collaborate with engineering and UX teams to build scalable solutions.
  • Translate customer workflows into actionable product requirements.
  • Drive global adoption through effective go-to-market coordination.
  • Act as a thought leader in Conversational AI and intelligent service technologies.
  • Mentor junior product managers and enhance SaaS product practices.

Expertise & Skills

Candidates should have proven SaaS product management experience in customer service domains such as call centers or chatbot automation. Strong knowledge of contact center technologies, agent assist systems, and AI-driven solutions including Conversational AI, NLP, and agentic AI are essential. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and go-to-market strategies is also required.
