Role Overview
The Product Sales Expert owns the regional go-to-market strategy for an assigned product or portfolio. You will partner with Sales to drive adoption and revenue while gathering market insights and feedback to inform product strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute regional business plans aligned to company goals.
- Partner with Sales for product training, deal support, and customer engagement.
- Develop strong relationships with customers to drive adoption, upsell, and close deals.
- Maintain deep product expertise and competitive intelligence.
- Capture market feedback to guide HQ initiatives and product roadmap.
- Track performance metrics including pipeline velocity and win rates.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in B2B product sales, solutions consulting, or GTM roles.
- Record of meeting/exceeding product sales targets in enterprise and commercial segments.
- Strong customer engagement and executive communication skills.
- Experience with market/customer insight gathering and CRM/BI tools.
