Position Purpose

The Principal Advisory Director - Infrastructure & Operations provides measurable value to clients through high-quality research, including infrastructure strategies and roadmaps, cloud technology, service desk management, disaster recovery, end user computing, and operations process management. The role also includes video calls and facilitating workshops to help grow our advisory services.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

• Guide IT Management via advisory calls and workshops.
• Develop infrastructure and operations methodologies and research content.
• Identify technology trends and propose research topics.
• Provide recommendations and design high-quality presentations.
• Conduct primary and secondary research while managing client expectations.

Areas Of Focus

This role focuses on advisory, research publication, utilization of research for client initiatives, ensuring service quality, and driving commercial results through workshops and consulting engagements.

Education and Experience

Applicants should have an undergraduate degree (business or technology preferred) plus 10+ years of practical experience in cloud, core infrastructure, network design, and IT operations. Professional certifications (AWS, Azure, DRP/BCP) and bilingual abilities in French, Spanish, or German are a plus.
