About The Role
The Intermediate Software Developer will build, test, and support web software applications and internal tools. The role requires analyzing requirements, proactive problem solving, mentoring peers, collaborating across teams, and contributing to Agile ceremonies.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and support web applications and tools.
- Analyze and rework requirements with innovative ideas.
- Mentor peers and participate in code reviews.
- Collaborate with teams to improve processes and practices.
- Contribute to Agile ceremonies and retrospectives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree or diploma from an accredited institution.
- At least 4 years of professional software development experience.
- Experience mentoring developers and working in Agile environments.
- Proficient in backend and frontend development basics.
Must Have Skills
- Backend Development: Relational databases and SQL optimization.
- Frontend Development: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and JS frameworks.
- Experience with source control software and MVP frameworks.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Ruby, Ruby on Rails, Salesforce integration, and AWS tools.
- Bilingual proficiency (French, Spanish, or German) for diverse client support.
