The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Consulting Senior Manager or Director to lead strategic client engagements, drive executive-level relationships, and deliver research-driven solutions. This role combines leadership with consulting expertise, guiding clients through transformation initiatives, technology adoption, and organizational change.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As the Consulting Senior Manager or Director you will:

  • Lead multi-disciplinary consulting teams and manage client projects.
  • Build long-term strategic relationships with C-level executives.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Consulting, and Research teams for proposal development.
  • Act as the executive sponsor on engagements ensuring high-quality delivery.
  • Mentor teams and present findings to executive leadership.

What We Expect

Candidates should have an MBA (preferred) or a Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, IT or related fields, with 10+ years of management consulting experience. Exceptional client engagement, business development, and leadership skills are required. Bilingual abilities in French, Spanish or German are a plus.
