The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Consulting Senior Manager Director to lead strategic client engagements, drive executive-level relationships, and oversee delivery of research-driven solutions. This role is ideal for a leader trained in structured consulting methodologies, who excels in managing high-impact consulting teams and guiding transformation initiatives.

What You’ll Do

You will deliver high-impact consulting engagements across strategic planning, governance, technology adoption, and organizational change management. Collaborate with consulting peers, Sales, and Research to identify opportunities and drive growth while balancing leadership and hands-on delivery.

  • Build long-term strategic client relationships.
  • Guide multi-disciplinary teams on transformation initiatives.
  • Partner with Sales and Research for client solutions.
  • Deliver executive-level insights and recommendations.
  • Mentor teams and contribute to practice development.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development: Create proposals, secure new consulting opportunities, and build trust-based client relationships.

Project Delivery: Act as executive sponsor, manage planning, execution, and client satisfaction with high-quality deliverables.

Practice Development: Support go-to-market initiatives, improve methodologies, and enhance operational efficiency.

Education & Experience

MBA preferred; minimum Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field. 10+ years in management consulting with a proven track record and excellent client-facing skills. Fluency in English required; additional languages are assets.
