The Role
As an AI Audit Methodology Specialist, you will bridge audit expertise with AI technology. You will monitor, train, and improve our AI Documentation & Coaching Agents to ensure they deliver accurate, contextual, and explainable outputs that align with audit standards.
Key Responsibilities
- AI Agent Training & Optimisation: Design, test, and refine prompts, datasets, and interaction flows.
- Domain Expertise Application: Curate and contextualise knowledge bases like ISA and US GAAS.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with software delivery teams and customer firms for pilot feedback.
- Continuous Improvement: Update evaluation frameworks and AI governance best practices.
What Success Looks Like
Success is measured by consistently accurate AI Agent outputs, increased user confidence in documentation, and continuously improved training data with measurable KPIs.
Requirements
Must-Have Experience: ACA/CPA qualification, familiarity with auditing standards, experience in AI applications in audit, and exposure to LLMs or AI-enabled tools.
Strongly Preferred: Prior audit methodology experience, prompt fine-tuning, comfort with remote and cross-functional work, and experience in SaaS, fintech, or audit tech environments.
