Overview
The Strategic Partner Manager at InflexionPoint is responsible for exceeding a $4MM annual quota by selling complex services to EDCs and similar professional service providers across the critical infrastructure, life sciences, CPG, and food and beverage sectors.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage and grow partner relationships to deliver on budget and schedule.
- Prospect for new partnerships and end-user opportunities.
- Conduct market research to refine industry insights and strategy.
- Network at industry events and associations to expand reach.
- Identify and cultivate technology partnerships.
- Lead team selling efforts and propose new growth programs.

Ideal Candidate
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree (advanced preferred) in business, engineering or related fields with 5+ years of sales and channel management experience. The ideal candidate is results-driven, detail oriented, and possesses excellent communication, analytical, and technical understanding related to SCADA, MES, OT networking, controls automation, UNS, AI, and machine learning. Travel of at least 50% is expected.
Compensation & Benefits
Base pay is $120K with a potential OTE of $250K, supplemented by competitive benefits including PTO, health benefits, and a 401(k) with employer match.
