Support Analyst L2 at Infios

Responsibilities
- Attend users via phone, email, or tickets opened in company tools.
- Deeply analyze incidents/problems to find the root cause and definitive solution.
- Consult technical documentation and alternative information sources, simulating/testing problems in the environment.
- Prepare programmatic content, teaching material, and transfer knowledge to other team members.
- Be responsible for or support the management of service levels agreed upon with clients.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in technical customer support.
- Completed or currently pursuing a degree (from 3rd semester onwards) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Intermediate knowledge of databases.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and network concepts.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer service skills and multitasking ability.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and self-manage.
- Intermediate knowledge of programming logic (ability to interpret developed code).
Preferred Qualifications (Diferencial)
- English and/or Spanish proficiency.
- Knowledge of logistics (WMS).
- Experience with computer programming and basic knowledge of computer programming languages.
- Experience with operating systems and computer networks.
- Experience or knowledge in supply chain management solutions.
- Experience with the Korber One platform and K.Motion Warehouse Advantage applications.
