Role: Software Team Lead (NAS Group)

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 2-8 developers
• Develop in C++ on Linux in a multi-threaded, clustered, performance-oriented server environment
• Work on Infinidat’s core component technical aspects
• Improve filesystem IO flow performance
• Design new features at both high and detailed levels
• Maintain and refactor legacy code

Requirements

• At least 5 years of C++ experience on Linux
• Proven experience as a development team leader or manager
• Strong problem-solving skills with independent working capability
• B.Sc. in Computer Science/Computer Engineering

Advantages

• Experience in clustered and performance-oriented development
• Knowledge of storage devices and FS protocols (NFS, NAS, SMB, CIFS)
• Experience with SCRUM and Agile methods
