Staff Personalization Specialist

Infineon Technologies is seeking a Staff Personalization Specialist to design, execute, and analyze personalization and A/B testing use cases across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute personalization and A/B Testing use cases across channels like website, email, search, social media, including audience creation, content targeting, and activation.
  • Test and analyze A/B testing and experimentation plans to validate personalization hypotheses.
  • Manage and maintain recommendation services (e.g., recommendation engines, dynamic content delivery) and personalized UI components.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to ingest, transform, and activate user data for personalized experiences.
  • Analyze and optimize testing and personalization use cases, troubleshoot issues, and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify new personalization opportunities, translate them into actionable concepts, and manage the backlog.
