As an Engineering Manager - Digital IP Design at Infineon Technologies, you will lead a high-performing team focused on digital IP design for automotive microcontrollers. Your role involves managing design processes, fostering technical excellence, and driving innovation in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a team of digital design engineers.
  • Oversee design, implementation, and delivery of high-quality digital IPs.
  • Direct all phases of the digital design lifecycle including RTL coding and synthesis.
  • Drive innovation using latest methodologies and design tools.
  • Collaborate with system architects, verification, and physical design teams.
  • Identify, mitigate risks and maintain clear communication on progress.

Your Profile

You are a strategic leader with a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field and at least 10 years of experience in digital design. You have a proven track record managing high-performance teams and are experienced with SoC architecture, digital design flows, RTL coding, and verification environments. Fluency in English is mandatory.

Nice to Have

  • Microcontroller knowledge and automotive application expertise.
  • Understanding of ISO 26262 and automotive safety standards.
