Job Description
Director Digital Content Strategy
We are looking for a Director Digital Content Strategy to lead and shape Infineon’s holistic digital content strategy. This role is crucial in developing strategies, refining processes, and implementing initiatives that empower our business to thrive and drive innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and shape Infineon’s holistic digital content strategy for technical documents and multimedia assets.
- Establish a content governance framework with clear rules and guidelines for consistent implementation.
- Lead the Content Planning & Alignment Board to align content creation with business goals.
- Apply personal and journey thinking to ensure a consistent customer journey across channels.
- Define and measure digital content success using KPIs and derive corrective actions.
- Lead and inspire a team of content experts in SEO, content analytics, and web strategy.
- Collaborate with the Content Management Team to translate guidelines into processes and applications.
- Direct report to the Head of Digital Content Strategy and Management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or similar.
- Approximately 10 years of professional experience with expert knowledge in sales & marketing.
- Proven track record in developing, building, and leading holistic digital content strategy.
- In-depth understanding of digital marketing approaches, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
- Strong leadership ability for high-impact projects, including board-level initiatives.
- Ability to solve complex problems and create innovative solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including cross-cultural teamwork, target setting, conflict management, delegation, motivation, emotional intelligence, teaching, coaching, and stakeholder management.
- High motivation to drive change and achieve targets in stressful settings.
