About the SQL Developer Intern Role at Inficore Soft
Inficore Soft is seeking a detail-oriented SQL Developer Intern to join our data and application teams. This full-time, remote internship, lasting 1–3 months, offers significant hands-on experience in crafting efficient database queries, managing diverse datasets, and supporting critical data-driven applications. You will receive a stipend of ₹15,000 per month.
Key Responsibilities
- Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, views, and stored procedures.
- Assist in database design, normalization, and schema management.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and validation.
- Support data reporting and analytics requirements.
- Monitor and troubleshoot basic database performance issues.
- Collaborate with developers and analysts on backend data needs.
- Maintain database documentation and standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of SQL fundamentals (joins, subqueries, indexes, constraints).
- Familiarity with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.
- Basic knowledge of data modeling and database design concepts.
- Understanding of ETL concepts is a plus.
- Experience with Excel or reporting tools is an advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
