Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service / Email Support Intern who is detail-oriented and capable of handling customer interactions through email and support channels. This role provides comprehensive exposure to customer service workflows, communication handling, and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries via email in a professional and timely manner
  • Understand customer concerns and provide accurate, solution-driven responses
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and support cases
  • Follow standard communication guidelines, templates, and SOPs
  • Manage multiple queries efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate teams
  • Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvement
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service efficiency

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any discipline
  • Strong written communication skills in English
  • Good typing speed and attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of customer service principles
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Problem-solving mindset and patience in handling queries
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in customer support or communication-based roles (optional)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, email systems, or chat platforms
  • Basic understanding of ticketing systems and support workflows
  • Exposure to customer handling or service operations
