Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Service / Email Support Intern who is detail-oriented and capable of handling customer interactions through email and support channels. This role provides comprehensive exposure to customer service workflows, communication handling, and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via email in a professional and timely manner
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate, solution-driven responses
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and support cases
- Follow standard communication guidelines, templates, and SOPs
- Manage multiple queries efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate teams
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvement
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service efficiency
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any discipline
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Good typing speed and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of customer service principles
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Problem-solving mindset and patience in handling queries
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup

- Prior experience in customer support or communication-based roles (optional)
- Familiarity with CRM tools, email systems, or chat platforms
