Hiring: Lead Data Analyst (Healthcare Claims Analytics)

We are looking for an experienced Lead Data Analyst to drive strategic healthcare analytics initiatives for a leading client. This role is ideal for a data leader who excels at translating complex healthcare claims data into actionable business insights while partnering directly with stakeholders and leading high-impact analytics projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end analytics and executive reporting initiatives

Analyze healthcare claims and member experience data using advanced SQL

Build reporting solutions and dashboards in Looker (or Tableau equivalent)

Partner with business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights

Conduct SQL code reviews and mentor analysts on best practices

Collaborate with Data Engineering and Architecture teams to improve data automation and scalability

Manage analytics projects using Jira and Confluence

Present findings to leadership through clear, data-driven storytelling.

Required Skills

8+ years of Healthcare Data Analytics experience

Strong experience with Healthcare Claims Data

Advanced SQL (query optimization, complex reporting)

Looker (preferred) or Tableau/Power BI

Population Health & Member Experience Analytics

Data Visualization & Executive Reporting

Agile tools: Jira & Confluence

Strong stakeholder communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Background

Healthcare Payer, Provider, TPA, HealthTech, or Point Solution experience

Expertise in claims lifecycle, reporting logic, and data governance

Experience automating reporting processes and building scalable analytics solutions
