Job Description
The Sales Specialist AI Business Solutions is responsible for the commercial development of value-added Microsoft AI offers, particularly around:
- Microsoft Copilot (M365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform)
- Business and agentic AI solutions integrated into client processes (ERP, CRM, Modern Work)
- AI use cases focused on measurable business impact
They act as a business & value reference point between sales teams, pre-sales teams, architects, Microsoft, and executive clients.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Development & Go-to-Market
- Drive the sales of Microsoft business AI solutions (Copilot, AI extensions to D365, Power Platform, AI agents)
- Identify and qualify opportunities with high business impact (productivity, automation, augmented decision-making)
- Build and manage the AI Business Solutions pipeline (from ideation to signature)
- Contribute to the AI account planning strategy on strategic accounts
Value-Based Selling
- Challenge clients on their business processes (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Service, HR)
- Translate Microsoft AI capabilities into:
- Productivity gains
- Cost reductions
- Improvement of commercial or operational performance
- Build AI business cases (qualitative and quantitative)
- Defend proposals with C-level executives (CIO, COO, CFO, CDS, Innovation)
Pre-Sales and Deal Orchestration
- Work closely with:
- AI & D365 Pre-sales
- Functional and technical architects
- Delivery managers
- Structure AI responses in:
- AOs / RFPs
- Transformation proposals
- Ensure consistency between value, solution, and delivery
Microsoft & Ecosystem Relations
- Co-build opportunities with Microsoft (CSAM, Sales Specialists, PDMs)
- Promote the offer and references to Microsoft
- Align with Microsoft's AI & Copilot strategy
- Contribute to joint events (workshops, executive briefings, showcases)
Capitalization & Scaling
- Capitalize on recurring AI use cases
- Contribute to defining packaged AI Business Solutions offers
- Share best practices across countries/regions
- Feed client references and success stories
Scope of Solutions
- Microsoft Copilot (M365, Dynamics 365)

Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in Microsoft solution sales, digital/data/AI solution sales, or business consulting with a strong business orientation.
- Proven experience in selling complex, high-value solutions.
- Exposure to long and complex sales cycles.
