Role Overview

The BizOps Team Lead is a strategic, operational, and building role. Reporting directly to leadership, you will manage operating metrics, drive visibility, execute high-stakes initiatives, support fundraising, and ensure cross-team execution.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Visibility and Performance: Define, track, and report on key company metrics; build dashboards and frameworks.
  • Lead Operations Projects: Oversee cross-functional projects, translate strategy into actionable plans, and develop scalable systems.
  • Be the Strategic Glue: Collaborate with the CEO and leadership to ensure clear communication and effective execution across teams.
  • Support Fundraising and Strategic Finance: Assist in capital raises, prepare investor materials, and manage board reporting with data-driven insights.
  • Build for Scale: Create clarity from chaos by automating workflows and improving data integrity for operational excellence.

Who You Are

You have 3–6 years of experience in management consulting, BizOps, or strategy/operations in high-growth startups. You are metrics-driven, analytical yet pragmatic, adept at both building processes and executing in real time. You thrive in ambiguous environments and excel at collaboration across functions. Experience in healthcare or complex service operations is a bonus.

Compensation

Compensation Range: $140K - $180K per year.
