Role Overview - Growth Hacker Intern

We are seeking a proactive, creative, and results-driven Growth Hacker Intern to accelerate user acquisition and revenue growth. This remote role focuses on designing and executing innovative marketing strategies, analyzing data, and optimizing conversion funnels. You will have the freedom to experiment, iterate quickly, and discover low-cost, high-impact growth opportunities.

Key Deliverables

  • Set a defined user growth goal for new paying users.
  • Demonstrate measurable improvement in revenue growth.
  • Design and implement innovative organic growth strategies.
  • Develop a comprehensive Growth Plan with key channels and tactics.
  • Execute 3–5 growth experiments such as social media, partnerships, outreach, and referral programs.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics using web analytics tools.
  • Optimize conversion funnels to improve sign-ups and revenue.
  • Provide data-driven actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Experience in growth hacking and conversion optimization.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, social media promotion, SaaS growth, organic SEO/SEM, or marketing automation.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy and user acquisition funnels.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and creative thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
  • Relevant coursework in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Compensation & Growth Opportunities

This is a 3-month unpaid internship with potential for long-term collaboration or a full-time contract position based on performance. Commission is open to discussion based on verified revenue and individual performance. Flexible working hours are offered with a preference for availability during EST 9 AM – 6 PM.
