Digital Marketing Manager (6-Month Contract)
Zara.Com is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager for a 6-month fixed-term contract, starting September 15, 2025.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, A/B testing, and optimization of digital campaigns (Social Paid, SEM, Affiliates, SEO, Email, etc.).
- Maintain and track the multichannel marketing calendar for all Zara campaigns.
- Organize creative briefs and coordinate exchanges with external agencies and internal teams.
- Ensure regular reporting on campaign performance using relevant attribution models (conversion, ROAS, etc.).
- Collaborate with the Global Digital Media Manager on influencer campaigns and SEO visibility development.
- Manage advertising budgets to maximize return on investment.
- Launch and track campaigns within deadlines, liaising with creative and technical teams.
- Conduct continuous industry monitoring to stay updated on trends and innovations.
- Implement continuous testing and optimization on customer journeys, content, and digital levers.
- Participate in technology integration projects, testing, and deployment.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience (4 to 5 years) in digital marketing, ideally in an e-commerce or international environment.
- Solid expertise in multichannel campaign management and marketing data analysis.
- Excellent project management and internal/external team coordination skills.
- Fluent English is essential, both written and spoken.
- Analytical mindset, proactivity, rigor, attention to detail, and the ability to perform in a demanding environment.
