Job Description
As a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative, you will support daily store operations by conducting inventory cycle counts, replenishing stock, managing returns, shelving products, and processing incoming merchandise. You will use merchandising standards to create a visually appealing, stimulating store environment. Your role is to add joy by engaging customers, curating product collections, and sharing the Indigo story while ensuring health and safety priorities.
Key Responsibilities

- Maintain high health and safety standards
- Continuously provide feedback and share ideas for improvement
Qualifications
- Experience in specialty retail or similar environment preferred
- Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to learn
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
- Capability to lift up to 40 pounds safely
- Availability including evenings, weekends, holidays, and early mornings
