About Resident Executive Student Accommodation
This is an onsite contractual role at the Indian Institute for Human Settlements located in Bengaluru. The accommodation will be provided at the students' hostel. The executive will be the primary contact for students, ensuring their concerns are addressed and coordinating with the property management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Student Engagement and Support: Act as the main point of contact for students, address needs and grievances, and maintain issue logs.
- Liaison with Accommodation Service Partner: Coordinate with property management to address maintenance and service quality.
- Rent and Payment Monitoring: Track rental and utility payments and generate periodic reports.
- Emergency and Crisis Management: Serve as on-site contact for emergencies and coordinate with local authorities.
- Reporting and Coordination: Prepare weekly/monthly reports and collaborate with the Administration Team.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in any field, with prior experience preferred in student housing or customer service. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, an empathetic and solution-oriented attitude, and familiarity with basic reporting tools are required.
Additional Information
This position is contractual for an initial term of 11 months, renewable on mutual consent. The role reports to the Lead – Administration at IIHS and requires occasional travel within India. IIHS is an equal opportunity employer.
