Overview of the Role

The Senior Frontend Software Engineer at INDI Staffing Services will join our Enterprise AI Platform team to design and deliver user-facing solutions for next-generation machine learning and AI applications. You will create elegant, scalable interfaces while collaborating with cross-functional teams to accelerate AI adoption in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement modern, scalable user interfaces.
  • Collaborate with UX designers, developers, product managers, and external partners.
  • Enhance developer velocity and team agility through optimized workflows.
  • Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships to ensure platform quality.
  • Contribute to an enterprise AI platform supporting large-scale Generative AI applications.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in frontend development with Node.js and modern frameworks such as React or Angular.
  • Strong command of JavaScript ecosystems and toolchains including npm, yarn, webpack, and babel.
  • Commitment to writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication in English.

Additional Skills Preferred

  • Familiarity with data science and machine learning tools like Python, TensorFlow, Spark, and R.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCE, Openshift, Rancher).
  • Proven ability in designing scalable, secure, enterprise-grade applications.
  • Understanding of microservices architectures and technologies such as Go, GRPC, and SQL.
