About the Project Manager, Talent Pool at INDG | Grip

We're always on the lookout for strong Project Managers who can help us bring ambitious creative digital projects to life. By joining our talent pool, you'll be first in line when new project needs arise. We are open to different levels: Medior, Senior, Project Support/Project Coordinator.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead project planning, timelines, resource coordination and communication across teams.
  • Act as the bridge between clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of CGI or creative projects, on time and within scope.
  • Manage risks, scope changes and documentation with clarity and precision.
  • Manage internal and vendor delivery teams to consistently deliver projects according to expectations.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project budgets in alignment with scope, timeline and resource allocation.

Would be amazing if you have

  • Project management experience in creative or agency environments.
  • Strong client-facing communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Familiarity with project management tools.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
