Job Description
Overview
Be the Leader Who Shapes Incyte’s Next Generation of Field Medical Excellence. Incyte is entering a decisive new chapter in Germany. With our expanding Inflammation & Autoimmunity (IAI) portfolio, Germany stands as a top priority, and our Medical Affairs team is at the heart of this transformation. To support our ambition, we are creating a pivotal new role: Lead Medical Science Liaison, Inflammation & Autoimmunity. This role will be central to preparing and executing Incyte’s upcoming launches in Germany and to building a sustainable field medical organization for future IAI indications. This is a strategic field leadership role that will shape scientific engagement, elevate our presence in key therapeutic areas, and build a high-performing team of MSLs who act as true scientific ambassadors for Incyte. You will mentor, empower, and inspire a team of MSLs, while also being highly active in the field yourself, setting the example on how next-generation Medical Affairs operates: agile, insightful, collaborative, and relentlessly focused on building trust with the scientific community.

Shape Medical Strategy Through Deep Field Intelligence
- Ensure high-quality, systematic field insight generation, prioritization, and dissemination to cross-functional partners, with clear follow-up on key action points.

- Ensure the MSL team acts as the first image of Incyte in the scientific community — credible, ethical, deeply patient-focused and able to communicate the data with depth, accuracy, and confidence.
- Represent Incyte at scientific meetings, congresses, expert groups, and key projects across Germany.
Your leadership will directly influence how Incyte is perceived in Germany, and how our IAI strategy progresses toward launch excellence and long-term success.
