About the Role

We're hiring a Brand Marketing Associate to be the storyteller behind Incredipets. If you're sharp, curious, and genuinely excited by the idea of building a brand from a content-first lens — this is for you. This is a hands-on role for someone with 1–2 years of experience who's hungry to learn, ship work fast, and grow with us as we scale. You'll work directly with founders and the marketing lead, and your work will be visible across our channels every day.

What You'll Do

  • Own brand storytelling across social, blog, and video — turning everyday pet moments into content people stop scrolling for
  • Develop and refine our brand voice — copy that sounds like Incredipets, not like every other pet brand
  • Plan and execute content calendars across Instagram, YouTube, and our website
  • Write blog posts, video scripts, captions, email newsletters, and product copy
  • Partner with designers, video editors, and external creators to bring ideas to life
  • Build narratives around our customers' pets — the heart of everything we do
  • Track what works, double down on it, and learn fast from what doesn't

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in brand marketing, content, copywriting, social media, or a related role
  • A portfolio (Instagram, blog posts, video scripts, decks — anything that shows your taste and craft)
  • Genuinely strong writing in English — clear, sharp, with a point of view
  • Sharp aptitude and curiosity — you read a lot, watch a lot, and notice things others miss
  • High agency: you don't wait for instructions, you ship and iterate
  • Comfortable working on-site 6 days/week at our Gurgaon Sector 49 office
  • A genuine love for pets — you'll be living and breathing them every day
