Information Technology Intern
InCorp India is seeking a motivated and analytical Information Technology Intern to join our team in Navi Mumbai. This internship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data analysis, CRM management, and business intelligence within a leading corporate solutions provider.
Responsibilities
- Data Analysis: Analyze CRM data including client, sales, and operational metrics to identify trends and insights.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for business performance tracking.
- Data Validation: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness within CRM systems.
- SQL & Data Handling: Write queries and manage datasets using SQL or similar tools.
- Business Insights: Convert data into actionable insights for decision-making.
- Process Support: Support CRM-related processes with data analysis and reporting.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams to understand reporting requirements.
- Documentation: Maintain documentation of reports and data processes.
