Incode is the leading provider of world-class identity solutions, reinventing how humans authenticate online. As a Sales Operations Manager, you will be a strategic operator and tactical executor, partnering with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Finance to optimize the full revenue engine.

The Impact You’ll Make

Lead a small global Sales Ops team while ensuring process clarity and scalability. Work directly with sales leadership to drive operational excellence.

What You’ll Own & Drive

  • Leadership & Partnership: Manage and develop a high-performing global team, and serve as the operational partner for sales leadership.
  • Sales Process & Productivity: Optimize end-to-end sales processes, pipeline management, lead routing, territory design, and quota setting.
  • Systems & Tools: Oversee CRM (Salesforce) management and implement tools to improve rep efficiency and data quality.
  • Data, Insights & Forecasting: Build dashboards, maintain forecasting systems, and ensure data integrity.
  • Operational Excellence: Lead planning cycles and support strategic initiatives such as pricing changes and territory expansion.

Desired Qualities

5–8+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment. Proven team management skills, deep Salesforce expertise, strong analytical ability, and excellent communication skills are critical.
