The Impact You’ll Make

We are seeking a proactive Template Creation Analyst to join our Template team, focusing on ID support for various clients. This role involves close collaboration with the Product, Engineering, and Customer Support teams. You will be responsible for creating templates using bespoke tools and regular expressions, implementing newly developed features, conducting research and evaluation, collecting data for requests, reviewing analytics feedback, and driving optimization initiatives using specific tools developed by the Engineering team.

What You’ll Own & Drive

• Onboard and integrate new features into the system.
• Collect, structure, and manage operational data efficiently.
• Map request and response logic based on client and regional specifications.
• Operate and maintain tools developed by the Engineering team.
• Review analytics feedback and drive optimization initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including customer-reported bugs.
• Participate in client and internal sales calls, providing operational support and insights.

• Experience with compliance tools or identity verification platforms.
• Familiarity with fraud prevention and digital identity verification trends.
• Experience in project management and cross-functional coordination.
• Background in working directly with Sales and Customer Support teams.

Your Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or any data-related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Data Analytics or Product Operations.
• Proficiency in:
• HTML5
• RESTful API architecture and testing tools (e.g., Postman, Sandbox)
• JSON/XML data formats
• Logical operations and Boolean functions
• Advanced Regular Expressions (Java 8) (must have)
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Notion (advanced user)
• Python basics
• OOP basic understanding
• Familiarity with version control principles
• Solid understanding of data mapping and operational workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Support teams.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, agile environment.
• Understanding of privacy and data protection standards relevant to identity verification.
