About the Role

The Associate Product Manager will work with our partner insurance technology company. This role is responsible for translating requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria using Agile methodologies. You will partner with internal stakeholders, aid in quarterly planning, and support the development team with roadmap and release planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Facilitate internal stakeholder communications to define business problems.
  • Contribute to product roadmap planning with market research and data insights.
  • Define detailed design specifications for software projects using full-stack technical knowledge.
  • Provide sales support by communicating solution benefits to clients.

Desired Experience & Skills

  • 1-3 years in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis in Agile settings.
  • Experience or familiarity with Employee Benefits and/or Accounting in EB.
  • Proficiency with data analytics, visualization tools, and Looker is a plus.
  • Knowledge of APIs, full-stack applications, and tools like Jira/Confluence.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Science, or similar.
