About Inboost Marketing
Inboost Marketing has been helping companies across Spain grow through SEO, digital marketing, and web design for over 10 years. We are now expanding our team to incorporate a senior SEO Manager to lead projects from start to finish with autonomy, strategic vision, and decision-making ability.
Your Mission
- Lead complete SEO projects, from initial audit to implementation and monitoring, without daily supervision.
- Define and implement global SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical, content) adapted to different sectors.
- Design and execute advanced technical optimization actions: crawling, indexing, web architecture, Core Web Vitals, Page Speed, UX, and CRO.
- Design and drive advanced link-building and authority acquisition strategies.
- Plan, coordinate, and review content creation and optimization.
- Analyze data and KPIs, prepare results reports, and propose continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with the design/development team to ensure SEO priorities are executed correctly.
- Contribute a global marketing vision to integrate SEO with other areas such as Paid Media and funnels.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of real SEO experience, including comprehensive project management.
- Experience leading complete and multidisciplinary SEO strategies.
- Advanced proficiency in WordPress.
- Solid analytical, planning, and strategic decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency in Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google My Business.
- Expert handling of tools like Semrush, Ahrefs, Sistrix, Majestic, Moz, Screaming Frog.
- Experience in Core Web Vitals, Page Speed, and advanced technical optimization.
- High level of Excel/Google Sheets for reports and data analysis.
- Excellent SEO content writing and optimization skills.
Highly Valued
- Knowledge of Google Ads and experience in paid campaigns to integrate SEO/SEM strategies.
- Training in global digital marketing and business vision (funnels, inbound, CRO, growth).
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, and notions of PHP/MySQL.
- Experience in team management or coordination of freelancers.
- Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, or Adobe suite.
- Medium/high level of English.
