We are currently looking for an Operations Manager (m/f) to join our team and become part of the operations team in organizing and improving processes, supervising, and implementing internal initiatives and projects.
Job Description – What you will do with us:
- Actively monitor the implementation of innovative software solutions for clients in the healthcare and public administration sectors, identify risks, and propose solutions.
- Participate in planning, implementation, and monitoring of internal projects, in coordination with department heads and technical teams.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data for business decision-making (monitoring key indicators).
- Connect and improve development, system, and operational functions to enhance internal processes.
- Closely cooperate with the Director of Operations and take over some of their daily organizational and operational tasks.
