About the Role

The Administrative Assistant - IDRE Remote supports our Independent Dispute Resolution (IDRE) operations under the No Surprises Act. This position involves managing data entry, report generation, case documentation, and assisting in dispute preparation, tracking, and compliance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable with technology platforms, and thrives in a deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative tasks including data entry, report generation, and documentation.
  • Download/upload dispute documents between portals and internal systems.
  • Coordinate with federal IDRE team and internal departments on case tracking.
  • Maintain electronic files, update spreadsheets, and assist in scheduling meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other federal regulations.

Remote Work Requirements

  • Reliable high-speed internet and professional home workspace.
  • Proficiency with virtual communication tools and cloud-based systems.

Qualifications & Technical Skills

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent, minimum two years of administrative support.
  • Experience with Salesforce, SharePoint, Microsoft Office, and PDF tools.
  • Attention to detail, excellent organization, and strong communication skills.
