Co-Founder, Sales & Marketing at Improdata
Improdata is seeking a visionary Co-Founder with strong expertise in sales, marketing, and business development to join our leadership team. We are pioneers in data and AI consultancy, offering services from data analytics to AI solutions and staff augmentation to a global clientele. This individual will be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives, building and leading a high-performing sales team in the US, and spearheading global marketing efforts.
This role is ideal for an entrepreneur ready to invest time, establish a robust sales and marketing strategy, and build a US-based team. You will own revenue generation and brand positioning, sharing equal equity with the founding team. Our collective goal is to expand Improdata worldwide by securing projects, outsourcing talent, and forging impactful partnerships.
Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership and Vision: Formulate and implement strategies to drive business growth and expand market presence, overseeing flagship products like Active Mentor (AI-powered physiotherapy platform) and Data Lapse (data solution for diverse industries).
- Marketing and Branding: Develop and execute marketing strategies to position Improdata as a global leader in data and AI consultancy. Lead branding efforts to enhance visibility and engage target audiences.
- Sales Leadership: Build, lead, and manage a high-performing sales team in the US, creating and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand the client base.
- Business Development: Identify and capitalize on business opportunities, expand partnerships, innovate product offerings, and enter new markets.
- Community and Market Engagement: Represent Improdata at events and conferences, establishing the company as a leader in AI and data consultancy.
