About the Role: Hr and Administration Executive at IMPRESSION MAKERS

IMPRESSION MAKERS is seeking a dedicated Hr and Administration Executive to manage comprehensive HR and administrative functions. This role is crucial for maintaining efficient office operations and supporting our staff's well-being and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employer details and staff records.
  • Oversee staff leaves, in/out times, and attendance tracking.
  • Handle correspondence related to joining and exit processes.
  • Prepare experience letters, relieving letters, offer letters, and salary slips.
  • Maintain accurate joining and exit data.
  • Manage petty cash accounts and expense reconciliation.
  • Supervise office support staff (office boy, cleaning, receptionist) across head office, site, and sales locations.
  • Maintain a list of inventory requirements and manage company assets (e.g., cell phones).
  • Oversee password management for essential accessories (Tally, computer, attendance systems).
  • Manage access rights and equipment loans for staff.
  • Ensure server data maintenance and filing system integrity.
  • Develop and implement HR policy criteria for hiring, meetings, and crisis management.
  • Assess staff and management requirements.
  • Provide backup support for 15 days monthly.
  • Conduct monthly inventory checks.
  • Oversee water refill management.
  • Perform random checks on kitchen appliances, store room management, and staff desk cleanliness.
