About TraderClear
TraderClear is building an AI-native trading intelligence layer designed to analyze historical performance data and behavioral patterns to become a structured co-pilot for traders. The vision is to move beyond static systems and generic signals to help traders identify where their edge actually exists — and improve decision-making over time.
We’re now launching the media arm to communicate this vision clearly and build authority in the trading space. We’re looking for a Founding YouTube Video Editor to help shape that narrative.
The media arm will support: Market strategy breakdowns, Macro analysis, Trading psychology, and Institutional-style thinking for retail traders.
Role Overview: Founding YouTube Video Editor
As a Founding YouTube Video Editor, you will be instrumental in shaping the visual storytelling for TraderClear's YouTube channel. This is an opportunity to build something meaningful from the ground level, focusing on thoughtful, long-form content rather than short-form viral editing.
You will be responsible for editing:
- 10–15 minute YouTube videos
- Educational and strategy-focused content
- Market commentary and analytical breakdowns
Style Direction
The content requires a distinct style:
- Strong retention-focused hooks
- Clean pacing
- Smart use of charts, overlays, and B-roll
- Professional audio polish
- Clear, structured storytelling
Ideal Profile
We are seeking a candidate who:
- Has experience editing long-form YouTube content
- Possesses a strong understanding of audience retention
- Is able to think independently and offer creative input
- Is open to building alongside an early-stage media project
Compensation Structure
This is a founding contributor role with a unique compensation model focused on long-term upside.
Initial phase:
- Sweat equity contribution during launch phase
Growth phase:
- Revenue share model tied to YouTube monetization (AdSense + sponsorship revenue)
- Clear and transparent percentage structure
- Opportunity to transition into a paid retainer as revenue scales
