About the Role

The Technical Team Lead at Imploy is responsible for guiding a dynamic engineering team to deliver high-quality technology solutions in alignment with strategic objectives. This full-time remote role is open to candidates across the MENA region and requires strong technical expertise and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of software engineers.
  • Oversee full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to maintenance.
  • Enforce best practices in coding, testing, and architecture design.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders.
  • Review code, troubleshoot issues, and ensure secure, scalable solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement through innovation and automation.
  • Foster a collaborative culture and encourage knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 7+ years of experience in software development, including 2+ years in a leadership role. Expertise in modern programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, .NET, etc.), a strong understanding of system architecture, cloud platforms, DevOps practices and excellent communication skills are required. Fluency in English is required, with Arabic being an advantage.
