About the Role

Impel is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Launch Success Specialist to join our Dealer Performance team. This role is crucial for ensuring the continued quality and performance of Impel AI solutions during initial deployment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute post-implementation quality assessment plans and strategies.
  • Independently identify, communicate, document and resolve technical errors and obstacles.
  • Collaborate with implementation, training, performance management teams, and third party providers.
