As a Customer Service Representative at IMPAG Group, you will be responsible for the comprehensive handling of orders, from entry to shipping documentation. This includes managing dispositions, confirming orders, and preparing all necessary shipping documents. You will play a crucial role in our global purchasing team by placing raw material orders with our international supply partners, ensuring optimal supply chains through close collaboration. Your tasks will also involve tracking order timelines, monitoring overall progress, calculating transport costs, and coordinating with logistics companies. A key aspect of this role is extensive communication, both telephonically and in writing, with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Furthermore, you will be responsible for processing complaints and finding customer-oriented solutions.

Competencies @ IMPAG

  • Completed commercial training and several years of experience in internal sales and/or purchasing.
  • Ideally, professional experience in international raw material trade or supply chain management.
  • Proficient in using ERP systems and MS Office.
  • High degree of customer and service orientation.
  • Strong communication skills in both German and English.
  • Independent, structured, and responsible working style.
  • Initiative, organizational skills, and strong team player mentality.
  • Interest in international purchasing processes and global supplier management.
